Get hands-on experience with a variety of common woodworking as you make a gorgeous, hardwood Magnetic Knife Block! This is a great first project for beginners and makes a lovely gift, or statement piece for your kitchen!

This knife holder can be 18″ x 3″ or slightly smaller. Along with hardwood, we will be using magnets, hardware, and non-abrasive grip tape to create the holders.
Tools we’ll use:
What to wear: Closed-toe shoes, short sleeves and, work clothes. Long hair must be tied back. Please note butcherblock wax/oil can stain, so work clothes is a must.
Safety Gear: Eye protection, and ear protection, and all the hand sanitizer will be provided. If you have special needs bring your own.
This class requires a minimum of 2 students per session.

Arriving on time to class is very important.
For certification classes we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the start time you will be unable to attend that day and your class fee is forfeit. For non-certification classes, your ability to participate will be based on instructor discretion.
