We’ve got plenty of helpful tips for navigating the space, making your first volunteer contribution, and getting support from the community as you get started. We’ll also have plenty of time for Q&A.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds, Transfers, or Credits are only offered if the class is canceled. We do not offer credits, transfers, or refunds for student cancelations. You can offer your seat for sale to others (use the comments). You are solely responsible for those transactions & letting us know who is taking your spot.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving on time to class is very important.
For certification classes we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past the start time you will be unable to attend that day and your class fee is forfeit. For non-certification classes, your ability to participate will be based on instructor discretion.
