Kayla joined Ace in July 2025 and she was appointed to the board on February 14, 2026. She brings with her a background in operations, data, and finance, with an interest in building sustainable systems that help organizations and communities thrive. Originally joining for the Workshop, she has loved learning about all things laser, 3D printing, and electronics. One day she’ll be brave enough to try out textiles…

As a board member, Kayla is especially interested in strengthening the structures that support members and the wider community. She is excited to help advance accessibility and inclusion initiatives, and to support Ace Makerspace as a diverse community hub for artists, creatives, and makers of all kinds.
